Heather is an integral member of the growing Hartcliff Team in her role as Client Liaison Officer. She provides administrative support to Andy, but more importantly looks after client servicing and communications ensuring the highest standards of client care are maintained.
Heather has over 25 years experience working in customer service and administration and thrives on every day being different and the challenges that the day holds. She has a broad range of experience which includes having worked and travelled in China and Hong Kong dealing with the Import of goods into the UK, and also had a period of time in the WRAF working as a reconnaissance photo analyst, hence her attention to detail.
In her spare time Heather enjoys travelling with her husband and has visited many places around the world but one of her favourite places is right here in the UK, enjoying time walking her beloved Labrador ‘Winston’ in the Yorkshire Dales.
